Mariana Torrealba
Founder and Manager
Mariana holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and has extensive experience in education, strategic planning, and research within the oil and gas industry. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, research and technology development, technical training, competitive intelligence, project management, and a proven ability to manage innovation processes that add business value.
In addition to her work in the oil and gas industry, she has dedicated over ten years to helping people discover their passions and transform those interests into careers, all while considering the future of the job market.
Alejandro Prado Jatar
Founder
Alejandro is an Environmental Advisor with extensive experience in research and development, the oil and gas industry, education, biodiversity, natural conservancy, and public affairs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Renewable Natural Resources Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering.
Alejandro is author of several books and literary essays, and currently advises on basic strategies for conceiving different publications.
