Mariana Torrealba
Founder and Manager
Mariana holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and has extensive experience in education, strategic planning, and research within the oil and gas industry. Her expertise encompasses strategic planning, research and technology development, technical training, competitive intelligence, project management, and a proven ability to manage innovation processes that add business value.
In addition to her work in the oil and gas industry, she has dedicated over ten years to helping people discover their passions and transform those interests into careers, all while considering the future of the job market.
Alejandro Prado Jatar
Founder
Alejandro is an Environmental Advisor with extensive experience in research and development, oil and gas upstream operations, the energy industry, ecology, education, biodiversity and public affairs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering.
He has also authored several books and literary essays, and he currently advises on basic strategies for conceiving various publications & reports.
Juan Diego Prado
Consultant
Juan Diego holds two master’s degrees: one in International Affairs with a specialization in Sustainability and Resources, and another in the Economics of Energy and Climate Change. His professional experience centers on climate policy and finance, energy transition, Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and nature-based solutions.
He is passionate about the nexus between policy, economics, and the environment, as well as how private and public entities can cooperate to develop comprehensive and innovative projects.
